The TCL Group operates quarries, cement manufacturing plants and related facilities in the Caribbean area. The TCL Group's Corporate office located at TCL, Claxton Bay, Trinidad provides overall policy and procedural direction, supervision and support to the member companies.

The main companies in the TCL Group are as follows:

• Trinidad Cement Ltd. (TCL), which operates in Trinidad, with quarry operations at Mayo, and cement manufacturing, packaging and despatch facilities at Claxton Bay.
  
   
• Arawak Cement Ltd. (ACCL), which operates quarries, cement manufacturing, packaging and despatch facilities, as well as a lime manufacturing plant, all in St. Lucy, Barbados.
  
  
• Caribbean Cement Co. Ltd. (CCCL), which operates quarries, cement manufacturing, packaging and despatch facilities in Rockfort, Jamaica, as well as several depots located around Jamaica. Its subsidiaries, all operating in Jamaica, are: Jamaica Gypsum and Quarries Ltd., Caribbean Gypsum Co. Ltd. and Rockfort Mineral Bath Complex Ltd.
  
  
• Readymix W.I. Ltd. (RML) which operates quarries in the northeastern part of Trinidad, as well as pre-mixed concrete batching plants located throughout Trinidad and in Tobago. In addition, RML operates Premix and Precast Concrete Inc. in Barbados, Island Concrete Products N.V. in St. Maarten and Island Concrete S.A.R.L. in Saint Martin.
  
  
• TCL Packaging Ltd. (TPL), located in Trinidad, and which manufactures paper sacks including the multi-walled paper sacks in which the cement is packed;
  
  
• TCL Ponsa Manufacturing Ltd. (TPM), located in Trinidad, and which manufactures polypropylene slings as well as other material handling components.
  
  
• TCL Guyana Inc. (TGI) a cement bagging facility located in Georgetown, Guyana stores cement for packaging and despatch to local markets.
  
  
• TCL Trading Ltd. (TTL) is located in Anguilla. It's primary activity is trading in cement and related products.
