Role Challenges:
Predictive Maintenance Engineer
Ensure reliability and optimum performance of industrial machinery and equipment in keeping with Company requirements and standards, ensuring personal safety to all employees.
Responsibilities: |
- Perform routine predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography, tribology) for equipment according to the frequency established for implementation.
- Prepare conditions equipment reports according to the frequency established for implementation.
- Create Work Orders for equipment identified with issues.
- Create Purchase Requisitions for spare, tools and service.
- Perform equipment alignment.
- Ensure balance of impellers fan.
- Monitor the status of conveyor belts.
- Responsible for a generate a work plan to manage all predictive test contracted by Arawak with the suppliers (electrical test, ultrasonic, kiln test, etc.)
- Responsible for the lubrication team, generate routine lubrication maintenance.
- Update the Maintenance System in Oracle with information such as working real time.
- RCA analysis support
- Support team in the analysis of fault and troubleshooting.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications: |
- 3 years working experience in the field of Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Specialized knowledge in Mechanical area
- Industrial equipment maintenance
- Basic Mechanical Skills and Basic Power Station Operations
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of cement process
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Supervisory Skills
