Role Challenges:

Predictive Maintenance Engineer

Ensure reliability and optimum performance of industrial machinery and equipment in keeping with Company requirements and standards, ensuring personal safety to all employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography, tribology) for equipment according to the frequency established for implementation.
  • Prepare conditions equipment reports according to the frequency established for implementation.
  • Create Work Orders for equipment identified with issues.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions for spare, tools and service.
  • Perform equipment alignment.
  • Ensure balance of impellers fan.
  • Monitor the status of conveyor belts.
  • Responsible for a generate a work plan to manage all predictive test contracted by Arawak with the suppliers (electrical test, ultrasonic, kiln test, etc.)
  • Responsible for the lubrication team, generate routine lubrication maintenance.
  • Update the Maintenance System in Oracle with information such as working real time.
  • RCA analysis support
  • Support team in the analysis of fault and troubleshooting.
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years working experience in the field of Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Specialized knowledge in Mechanical area
  • Industrial equipment maintenance
  • Basic Mechanical Skills and Basic Power Station Operations
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of cement process
  • Knowledge of Oracle
  • Supervisory Skills
